Toone, Former Member Of Morgan County Board, Succumbs CROYDON--Lyon Lemuel Toone, 75, former Morgan county commissioner, died at the family home at Croydon at 1:30 p. m. Sunday of heart trouble, following a three weeks' illness. Obituary Scapbook Illness Fatal To Ex-Official--L. L. Toone, Former Member Of Morgan County Board, Succumbs Mr. Toone was widely known throughout northern Utah, having served as trustee of the Morgan county school board and four years as county commissioner.
